With a background in corporate strategy, business operations, and construction, Matt Snow brings a results-driven approach to real estate investment and development. His experience includes leading enterprise-wide initiatives that generated over $14 million in annual savings, alongside more than a decade of hands-on construction and renovation experience.
As Co-Founder of Yazzie Development Group, Matt focuses on identifying investment opportunities, executing development projects, and building sustainable businesses that create long-term value for investors and communities.

With a background in corporate leadership and business operations, Ariana Yazzie brings a strategic and hands-on approach to real estate investment and development. She oversees the company’s rental portfolio and plays an active role in identifying opportunities for growth, with a focus on long-term value and sustainable investments.
Yazzie Built LLC is an Oregon-licensed construction contractor providing renovation and construction services. It has supported improvements to properties featured in YDG’s portfolio, including Klamath Comfort.
Independent businesses: Yazzie Development Group and Yazzie Built LLC are separately owned and operated legal entities with common owners. Neither is presented as a subsidiary of the other.
